Retreat Info

Registration & Payment
Attending the Summit Conference is completely free! Please use the links above to register so we know to expect you.
  • We do our best to provide the most comfortable housing possible with the space we have. Especially if you're attending with your spouse, we'll try to put you in a private room. Contact the office for more info.
  • Each cabin includes several twin-sized bunk beds, a private bathroom and shower area, and a small closet.
  • Cabins are equipped with a box fan, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and basic cleaning supplies.
  • Bedding and towels are not provided for cabins, so please be sure to bring your own.
  • We do our best to accommodate church groups and roommate requests; however, cabins may be shared with other groups as needed.
  • Meals will be served in the Dining Hall, where our kitchen provides well-balanced meals for all guests.
  • Allergies: We can accommodate most food allergies. Please indicate any allergies on your child’s registration form so the kitchen staff can properly prepare for meal times.
  • Dietary Preferences: While we accommodate allergies, we cannot accommodate special dietary preferences (such as vegan, vegetarian, or keto). Guests following specific dietary plans may bring a labeled cooler and coordinate access with the Kitchen Manager.
  • We maintain a conservative emphasis on conduct and attire.
  • For Ladies: Our general rule is "neck to the knees and loose." Loose, knee-length shorts, loose-fitting slacks/jeans/pants are acceptable for recreational activities. CoBeAc does not view leggings/jeggings as appropriate outerwear; if worn, please layer under other knee length attire. Casual skirts or dresses must come to the middle of the knee and are encouraged to be worn to the evening services. Shirts must have sleeves: no tank tops or spaghetti strap tops should be worn. Avoid wearing clothing with inappropriate advertisements.
  • For Gentlemen: Our general rule is "neck to the knees and loose." Recreational clothing for outdoor activities, athletic clothing for gym activities, and nice, casual clothing should be worn to the evening services. All shirts must have sleeves: no tank tops. Bring clothes that would be comfortable, yet conservative, for recreational activities. Avoid wearing clothing with inappropriate advertisement.
