Each summer, CoBeAc employs young adults from colleges all over the country. From counseling to working in the kitchen, the Lord always brings in the right people for the job. Every summer is a new experience, and each experience is equally rewarding.
Imagine having the opportunity to not only have a week of fun with campers, but to impact their lives for eternity. Experience the joy of seeing a child you’ve been praying for all week come to know the Lord as their Savior! Begin lifelong friendships with other college age believers all while having the time of your life on our acres of activities!

Summer Staff Information
Arrival Info
Ever summer staff will be required to fill out this Arrival Form. If you are flying, please submit this at least 5 days prior to your flight. This form will help us to efficiently plan for airport shuttles and for summer staff arrival. Please let us know if you have any questions, concerns, or updates regarding your arrival.
Absence Request
If you have a calendar conflict with the summer staff contracted time (May 29-August 10) that will require you to miss days of camp, please take a moment to request your day/days off. This must be completed prior to June 7 to give ample time for administrative approval.
Weekend Pass
If you are staying offsite overnight or travelling more than 30 minutes away from camp on a weekend during the summer, submit a pass using the form below.
Background Check
We are required by the state of Michigan to conduct a background check on every summer staff individual 18 years or older. If you have been asked to complete the Background Check Authorization Form as a resident of Michigan who is 18 or older, please click below.
Scholarships
Please note that these scholarships must undergo administrative approval and will not be automatically given to applicants. Each scholarship is further described on the respective scholarship application forms.
