With a combination of services, workshops, roundtables, one-on-ones, and panel discussions, you will receive help and encouragement in various formats, ensuring that this conference is well worth your while! Whether you are a youth pastor, youth leader, or simply help out in your youth group, this event is meant for you!

  • We do our best to provide the most comfortable housing possible with the space we have. Especially if you're attending with your spouse, we'll try to put you in a private room. Contact the office for more info.
  • Each cabin includes several twin-sized bunk beds, a private bathroom and shower area, and a small closet.
  • Cabins are equipped with a box fan, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and basic cleaning supplies.
  • Bedding and towels are not provided for cabins, so please be sure to bring your own.
  • We do our best to accommodate church groups and roommate requests; however, cabins may be shared with other groups as needed.
  • Meals will be served in the Dining Hall, where our kitchen provides well-balanced meals for all guests.
  • Allergies: We can accommodate most food allergies. Please indicate any allergies on your registration form so the kitchen staff can properly prepare for meal times.
  • Dietary Preferences: While we accommodate allergies, we cannot accommodate special dietary preferences (such as vegan, vegetarian, or keto). Guests following specific dietary plans may bring a labeled cooler and coordinate access with the Kitchen Manager.
